4. During the cooperation, what issues did you meet and how did you solve them?
Some technical problems during the development process are difficult to solve, such as modbus and c51, but FAE and technical support team gave me a lot of help.

5. As DWIN’s sales representative, what is your plan next 2023?
Select some key follow-up and potential customers from the customers accumulated in 2022, so as to prompt customers to place orders as soon as possible.

The most successful project took 6 months, Radchenko followed the process from Susan’s model selection, screen development, testing, and order confirmation. Then took about one week to finish the development based on the customer’s needs. DWIN 0 code UI design enables engineers to start developing their products immediately, so Radchenko accelerated the development of the customer’s GUI for greater efficiency. Of course, only professional engineers who are familiar with developing our intelligent LCD module can end this project in a short time. We also have some issues when developing the screen, but our FAE actively cooperated and worked together to solve customer problems efficiently.
