Application Grade Explanation
Consumer Grade Long-time outdoor use is not supported. LED lifetime is 10,000 hours. Although a few screens are with anti-glare and anti-UV features, long-time outdoor usage is not recommended.
Beauty Grade Long-time outdoor use is not supported. LED lifetime is over 10,000 hours. The LCD uses a TV film, which is suitable for customers with demanding cost requirements.
Commercial Grade Long-time outdoor use is not supported. LED lifetime is 20,000 hours. Some screens are with anti-glare and anti-UV features. But long-time outdoor usage is not recommended.
Industrial Grade Outdoor use is supported. LED lifetime is 30,000 hours. The LCDs produced in the factory will have a 15-30 days aging test.
Automotive Grade Outdoor use is supported. LED lifetime is 30,000 hours. The LCDs produced in the factory will have 30 days aging test and 72 hours of 50°C high-temperature aging test together with conformal coating and anti-vibration treatment before leaving the factory.
Medical Grade Outdoor use is supported. LED lifetime is 30,000 hours. The LCDs produced in the factory will have 30 days aging test and 72 hours of 50°C high-temperature aging test together with conformal coating and anti-vibration treatment before leaving the factory. EMC treatment to meet CE Class B standards.
Harsh Enviroment Application Outdoor use is supported. LED lifetime is 50,000 hours. The LCDs produced in the factory will have 30 days aging test and 72 hours of 50°C high-temperature aging test. Special treatment for ESD, vibration resistance, conformal coating, outdoor application protection, etc.
COF Structure COF is the best choice for customers who are dedicated in simple application products with the features of light and structure, low cost and easy production.
