Guillermo Omar Gozi became a sales representative for DWIN in Argentina in 2021. Until now, he has helped DWIN to sell ¥250,000 in Argentina and gained 5 customers with batch orders. At present, there are about 15 customers in effective follow-up.

1.How did he become a sales representative for DWIN?
For many years, Guillermo Omar Gozi was DWIN’s customer. He bought several DWIN products and developed them by himself. He found that DWIN’s products are very cost-effective and of high quality. Before becoming a sales representative of DWIN, he had developed some local customers and sold DWIN’s products. DWIN contacted him and signed a contract with him last year.

2.How to find new clients and maintain customer loyalty?
Guillermo Omar Gozi visits companies to develop customers. A sales representative should be familiar with products. Guillermo Omar Gozi investigates the area of application of DWIN’s product and searches companies that work in that area. Later, he contacts these companies, sends information and visits them.

In the early stage, he mainly promoted DWIN's K600+ LCD screens, and later turned to LCD screens with DWIN's self-developed chip T5L. At the same time, he also developed DWIN’s Android screen and exported it to Japan. Selling DWIN’s products is not just delivering the products (at least at the beginning). Most potential users need deep support and advice to make their project work. Guillermo Omar Gozi excels at providing technical support and establishing long-term relationships with customers.

Guillermo Omar Gozi's success as a sales agent is inseparable from his excellent development capabilities. He is proficient in C language and Modbus development, which makes he did not encounter any difficulties when switching from K600+ LCD screens to T5L LCD screens. He also knows some hardware design. When developing DWIN Android screens, he tried to add some hardware, such as a 4G module, to meet the needs of exporting to Japan.

3. successful projects
1) FAMAC is a company that makes elevators. They needed CAN-communicated displays. Guillermo Omar Gozi helped them with the software implementation. Besides the software implementation, one of the issues is the very low volume output of the display (Customers have to add an amplifier). The new elevator model is going to be released by march 2023

2)TECNOCORT makes residential water heaters. Its new project uses customized DWIN COF screens, based on DMG85480F050-01WTC. Gozi has implemented the software to control the device on a DWIN display. Products to be released 2nd quarter of 2023.
