DWIN Launches Power Bank Health Status Monitoring & Display Solution

In accordance with the requirements of the new national standard for power banks, DWIN Technology has launched a power bank health status monitoring and display solution based on the T5F0 ASIC.
The new national standard specifies the following two mandatory requirements:
1. Mandatory Intelligent Monitoring
Real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature and abnormal status, with data displayed via the screen and other methods.
2. Mandatory Intelligent Management
Equipped with over-temperature protection and dynamic charge/discharge regulation functions.
In the following solution example, the T5F0 ASIC is used to drive a 1.54-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 240×240. The screen can be replaced with LCD or OLED screens of other sizes and resolutions. This solution can accurately monitor and display the power bank's charging and discharging status, real-time power, battery capacity, battery health, and other parameters in real time. When abnormal voltage or temperature is monitored, the fuel gauge will actively send a signal to alert the main control ASIC.

The display interface is developed based on the DGUS platform, allowing flexible customization of UI and animations to fully demonstrate the transparency and intelligence of power banks compliant with the new national standard.
